I've been reading about meditation and I've decided to try it. I hear it helps with lots of health problems, so maybe it will help me. I've also decided to get back into Yoga. Yes, I am going to find my inner chi. You can laugh. I think it's pretty funny myself - but maybe it will work! You should try it too.

I don't think I can get into yoga. I tried it once. In a class. I was the girl in the back making all the noise from falling on my mat--over and over. Totally embarrassing.
As for meditation. I took a Stress Management class (upper level, and way too difficult), so we tried all the different types of stress relief. Are you going for passive or active meditation? My favorite was passive.
It is way too noisy at my house for meditation LOL...but yoga is great!!
