Two-FIVE...

My Husband is getting SOOOOO Old!! ;) I'm only 21, so I get to tease him. Matt turns 25 today and I think I'm more excited than he is. I LOVE birthdays!

Matt is amazing. Plain and simple.  He is such a hard worker and I'm so proud of him for how determined he is with everything he does, but especially with school.  He takes such good care of me and is always so patient when I decide to wash every linen in the house and he has to carry them all down to and up from the laundry room. :)  He is also patient with me when I say I'm running to the store and it takes me 2 hours - love you!! :)  I love how much Matt loves to be with me - we really are best friends.  Happy 25th Birthday Matt!!  You're way ahead of the pack!

Here is what we have planned for his birthday weekend:
Tonight - Party just to the two of us. I'll give him the gifts I've been teasing him about for months. :) Can't wait! Lots of good food will be involved as well, of course! More details to come - hopefully with some pictures.
Friday - Party again for date night, maybe go and see a movie :) I'm voting for inception... Matt wants to see Eclipse again. ha. Seriously though.
Saturday - Sojo birthday party with the fam. Matt has requested hamburgers (with the really good meat), bacon, and fries with fry sauce. Such a 'Matt Meal'.
Sunday - Mom and Dad Pinegar are coming to our place and bringing yummy food and this delicious dessert:

FOUR LAYER DESSERT Erica Pinegar

2 c flour

1 c finely chopped walnuts
2 squares butter or margarine

Mix together and press into bottom of a 9" X 13" dish or pan. Bake at 325 for about 25 minutes or until barely brown.

Beat together until well mixed:
16 oz cream cheese.
1 1/2 c powdered sugar
Spread over top of. cooled crust.

Beat together with 3 c milk, 1 small pkg. Instant chocolate fudge pudding and 1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding. Beat until thick, 3 minutes. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Whip 2 pints of fresh whipping cream with 2 Tbsp. sugar and vanilla to taste. Spread on top. Top with grated Hershey bar if desired. Refrigerate and ENJOY!!!
Can you say YUM?!!
