Okay this will probably be the longest comment ever haha. But I have actually never tried the recipe I am about to give you but I've heard it is amazing. And I cut it out of some magazine so I can't exactly remember where it is from. If you end up trying it let me know even if it is bad, I promise I won't feel bad. Because I have been wanting to make this.

Fresh fruit pizza
9 rhodes rolls
1-2 Tablespoons milk
1-2 Tablespoons sugar
8 ounces strawberry cream cheese spread
1 cup whipped cream or cool whip
fresh fruit as desired

Spray your counter lightly with non stick cooking spray and combine the rolls to form a ball. Roll the ball into a 13 inch circle and place on a pizza pan. (I'm sure you could put it on a cookie sheet as well just form it more into a rectangle.) Build up the edges slightly. Brush all over dough with milk and then sprinkle with the sugar. Prick the crust several times with a fork to prevent air bubbles. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes until lightly golden brown. Set aside to cool. Combine cream cheese spread with the whipped cream and mix well. Spread over cooled crust and top with your favorite fresh fruits.

Good luck!

Sounds super lazy but my family and I make fruit pizza all the time and the favorite recipe that we've done so far is using pilsbury sugar cookie dough and making cream cheese frosting with just cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Turns out every time and tastes even better the next day!

I'll look and see if I can find the recipe I've used before, but I've always used sugar cookie as the crust too. My family always used the pilsbury kind too, although I made it from scratch last time I made them and that was good too. The one I've made has a citrus glaze on the top too and I think it makes a difference. Sometimes I like to eat it without cause it has a lighter taste, though. I'll look for the recipe and email it to you.
