In January 2012 I started working in my current position in the dean's office in the college of science at Notre Dame. Nicolle was my supervisor and we became fast friends and partners in crime. Bottom line--we are awesome and hilarious. We just get each other. We have our stupid inside jokes and appreciate each others sarcasm. She made it fun to come into work every day. We helped each other on those "rough days" like when she came back from maternity leave and it was hard to leave her little one, or the day I had convinced myself that I had ovarian cancer and really just had shingles (long story). :) We planned lots of events together and even planned a few pranks--the best of which we never got to carry out, but it still makes me laugh when I think about it. Anyway, I love this lady and our friendship. Nicolle recently took another job in California to be close to family and work will never be the same without her!!

Greg (aka Dean Crawford) thought it would be funny to run in and photo bomb our picture, but instead we snapped this gem. The three of us were a great team!
It's like the end of an era.

Awesome co-workers make things so much easier! Bummer that she left so much before you, but now you have a good excuse to visit California once you are back in Utah :)
I love awesome coworkers! Sad for you that she's leaving. California? ...hmm, sounds like maybe you should move out here to live near both of us. :)
