All the Birthday Stuff:

On Sunday my mom and sister threw me and Addy a big Cafe Rio birthday party :)  The food was delicious and it was fun to hang out with everyone.

Derek makes such funny faces and Matt encourages him... Matt now has a couple hilarious pictures of Derek making the faces below on his phone. (Apparently I'm pretty good at making faces for the picture too...)

See what I mean?  He is SUCH a good example ;)

Derek does this thing where he makes a pig nose and smacks his belly... not sure where he got this from - haha

We were sitting on the couch watching Addy open her presents when I looked over and saw that Derek had his cute little arm around Matt - they are buddies.

Kids are always more enthralled with the box than anything!!  Here she was putting her new stuffed dog in the box and closing it.

Birthday cake :)  I was a little worried it was going to topple any minute... hence the funny smile.

When I came into work on my birthday I found these gorgeous flowers!!  They were later accompanied by a cheese cake and a Gap gift card :)  I love shopping!

Cody knows how much we LOVE date nights so this was the perfect gift :)

After work Matt and I went to dinner - it was so fun to go out just the two of us.  Then we stopped by the mall.

When we returned from our outing I found these gorgeous flowers on our doorstep from my sweet friend Kacey.  Thanks sweetheart! :)

I'm not a huge fan of cake (besides strawberry shortcake, and Magleby's chocolate cake) so we had donuts instead.  This is a raspberry/cream cheese bear claw from Daylight donuts - heavenly!!

Then my visiting teacher dropped by with this beautiful arrangement...

I had to post this one so you could see this awesome vase - I'm so glad I finally got to use it :)

Then Matt and I relaxed and topped the evening off with some Grey's - doesn't get any better than that!

I got so many sweet messages and calls from friends and family and I got to spend time with my best friend so all in all it was a PERFECT day :)  Thanks everyone!!
